适用范围
本服务条款主要适用于 PlugNow Agent 个人端。个人端用于公开人物搜索、保存人物、整理项目、AI 辅助分析和联系方式解锁。个人端不是企业 ATS，不能被当成企业招聘流程系统使用。
账号和使用责任
你需要保护账号安全，并对账号下发生的操作负责。请不要把账号借给他人，不要绕过访问限制，也不要上传、保存或请求你无权使用的信息。
允许用途
你可以使用个人端进行合法的公开资料研究、人物整理、项目管理、职业社交准备、商务拓展准备和类似用途。你需要遵守适用法律、平台规则、反骚扰规则和数据来源网站的使用要求。
禁止用途
你不得使用 PlugNow Agent 个人端进行垃圾营销、骚扰、歧视性筛选、违法监控、冒充他人、批量导出滥用、绕过平台限制、侵犯隐私、违反第三方条款，或任何违法、有害或未经授权的行为。
公开资料和准确性
个人端可能整理公开网页、公开职业资料、你保存的内容和第三方数据。我们不保证这些信息一定准确、完整、最新或适合你的用途。你需要在采取行动前自行核实重要信息。
AI 输出
AI 可能帮助总结、匹配、排序、解释和生成内容，但 AI 输出可能出错、遗漏或过时。你不应把 AI 输出当作法律意见、背景调查、雇佣决定、投资建议或事实保证。
Credit 和扣费
个人端 Credit 是使用额度。当前规则是：搜索 1 Credit，聊天 0 Credit，邮箱解锁 1 Credit，电话解锁 3 Credits。失败、无结果、未实际拿到有效联系方式、配置不可用或请求被拒绝时，不应扣 Credit。成功提供有效结果后，通常不会因为主观不满意而退还 Credit。
联系方式使用
你只能以合法、合适、尊重对方的方式使用解锁到的邮箱、电话或其他联系方式。PlugNow Agent 提供工具和来源整理，不代表对方同意被联系，也不代表你可以违反反垃圾信息、隐私或平台规则。
你的内容
你保留你保存的人物、项目、备注和上传内容中依法属于你的权利。你授权 PlugNow 在提供服务、维护安全、处理账务和改进产品所需范围内使用这些内容。请不要上传敏感、违法或无权处理的信息。
服务变更和账号处理
我们可能调整功能、价格、Credit 规则或服务商。若你违反本条款、滥用服务、造成安全风险或法律风险，我们可能限制、暂停或终止你的账号访问。
责任限制
在法律允许范围内，PlugNow 不对因信息不准确、第三方服务变化、AI 输出错误、用户违法使用联系方式、平台限制或服务中断造成的间接损失负责。我们会尽合理努力保持服务可用，但不承诺服务永远不中断或完全无错误。
条款更新
我们可能根据产品、法律、价格或服务商变化更新本条款。继续使用服务表示你接受更新后的条款。

Terms of Service

Scope
These Terms of Service mainly apply to the personal edition of PlugNow
Agent. The personal edition is used for public people search, saved
people, projects, AI-assisted analysis, and contact unlocking. It is
not the enterprise ATS and should not be treated as an enterprise
recruiting workflow system.
Account and Use Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity
under your account. Do not share your account, bypass access limits, or
upload, save, or request information you are not allowed to use.
Permitted Uses
You may use the personal edition for lawful public information
research, people organization, project management, professional
networking preparation, business outreach preparation, and similar
purposes. You must follow applicable laws, platform rules,
anti-harassment rules, and source-site terms.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the personal edition for spam, harassment,
discriminatory screening, unlawful surveillance, impersonation,
abusive bulk export, bypassing platform limits, privacy violations,
third-party terms violations, or any unlawful, harmful, or
unauthorized activity.
Public Data and Accuracy
The personal edition may organize public web pages, public
professional profiles, content you save, and third-party data. We do
not guarantee that information is accurate, complete, current, or fit
for your purpose. You should independently verify important
information before acting on it.
AI Output
AI may help summarize, match, rank, explain, and generate content, but
AI output may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You should not treat
AI output as legal advice, a background check, a hiring decision,
investment advice, or a factual guarantee.
Credits and Charges
Personal-edition Credits are usage credits. Current rules are: search
costs 1 Credit, chat costs 0 Credits, email unlocking costs 1 Credit,
and phone unlocking costs 3 Credits. Failed requests, no-result
requests, requests where no valid contact information is actually
returned, unavailable configuration, or rejected requests should not
charge Credits. Once a valid result is successfully provided, Credits
are generally not refunded for subjective dissatisfaction.
Use of Contact Information
You may use unlocked emails, phone numbers, or other contact
information only in a lawful, appropriate, and respectful way. PlugNow
Agent provides tooling and source organization; it does not mean the
person has consented to be contacted or that you may ignore anti-spam,
privacy, or platform rules.
Your Content
You keep the rights you lawfully have in saved people, projects, notes,
and uploaded content. You authorize PlugNow to use that content as
needed to provide the service, maintain safety, handle billing, and
improve the product. Do not upload sensitive, unlawful, or unauthorized
information.
Service Changes and Account Actions
We may change features, pricing, Credit rules, or service providers. If
you violate these terms, abuse the service, or create safety or legal
risk, we may limit, suspend, or terminate your account access.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, PlugNow is not responsible for indirect
losses caused by inaccurate information, third-party service changes,
AI output errors, unlawful user contact practices, platform limits, or
service interruption. We use reasonable efforts to keep the service
available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted
or error-free.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product, laws, pricing, or service
providers change. Continuing to use the service means you accept the
updated terms.
