适用范围
本隐私政策主要说明 PlugNow Agent 个人端如何处理信息。个人端是公开人物搜索、人物库、项目整理和联系方式解锁工具，不是企业 ATS。
我们处理哪些信息
我们可能处理你的账号信息、登录会话、搜索词、聊天内容、保存的人物和项目、备注、来源链接、Credit 和充值记录、联系方式解锁记录，以及为了保证服务安全和稳定所需的技术日志。
公开资料和第三方来源
个人端可能整理公开网页、公开职业资料、你保存的内容，以及第三方数据服务返回的信息。公开可见不代表信息一定准确、完整或可以任意使用。我们会尽量标明来源，用户仍需要自行判断使用是否合法、合适。
我们如何使用信息
我们使用信息来提供搜索、保存、整理、聊天、项目管理、联系方式解锁、Credit 计费、安全风控、问题排查和产品改进。我们不会把个人端人物默认写入企业 ATS，也不会把个人端账号默认和企业端账号混用。
AI 处理
PlugNow Agent 会使用 AI 帮助理解需求、总结公开资料、匹配人物、生成解释和整理结果。AI 结果可能不准确或过时，不应被当作事实保证、法律意见、背景调查结论或雇佣决策依据。
联系方式解锁
当你请求解锁 LinkedIn 等来源对应的邮箱或电话时，我们可能调用第三方服务或公开来源来查找联系方式。成功返回有效联系方式后，我们会保存解锁结果、来源和扣费记录，避免重复扣费并方便你之后查看。
共享和服务商
为了提供服务，我们可能使用云服务、数据库、支付、AI 模型、搜索、联系方式数据、邮件或安全服务商。我们只在提供、维护、计费、安全和合规所需范围内共享必要信息。
数据保存和删除
我们会在提供服务、履行法律义务、处理账务、安全审计和争议所需期间保存信息。你可以通过支持渠道请求查看、更正或删除个人端账号和人物库相关数据；部分账务、安全或合规记录可能需要保留更长时间。
安全
我们会采取合理措施保护个人端数据，包括账号隔离、访问控制和日志审计。但互联网服务无法保证绝对安全。请保护好账号，不要上传你无权使用或不希望被处理的信息。
儿童
PlugNow Agent 个人端不面向儿童。如果你认为儿童信息被错误收集，请联系 PlugNow 团队处理。
政策更新
我们可能根据产品、法律或服务商变化更新本政策。重大变化会通过产品页面或其他合理方式提示。

Scope
This Privacy Policy mainly explains how the personal edition of
PlugNow Agent handles information. The personal edition is a tool for
public people search, personal people lists, projects, and contact
unlocking. It is not the enterprise ATS.
Information We Handle
We may handle your account information, login sessions, search
queries, chat content, saved people and projects, notes, source links,
Credit and top-up records, contact unlocking records, and technical
logs needed to keep the service safe and reliable.
Public Data and Third-Party Sources
The personal edition may organize information from public web pages,
public professional profiles, content you save, and third-party data
services. Publicly visible information is not always accurate,
complete, or free to use for every purpose. We try to show sources,
but you remain responsible for deciding whether your use is lawful and
appropriate.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide search, saving, organization, chat,
project management, contact unlocking, Credit billing, safety checks,
troubleshooting, and product improvement. We do not automatically
write personal-edition people into the enterprise ATS, and we do not
automatically mix personal-edition accounts with enterprise accounts.
AI Processing
PlugNow Agent uses AI to understand requests, summarize public
information, match people, explain results, and organize content. AI
output may be inaccurate or outdated and should not be treated as a
factual guarantee, legal advice, background-check result, or hiring
decision basis.
Contact Unlocking
When you request emails or phone numbers for LinkedIn or similar
sources, we may use third-party services or public sources to locate
contact details. After valid contact information is successfully
returned, we may save the unlocked result, source, and billing record
to avoid duplicate charges and let you view it later.
Sharing and Service Providers
To provide the service, we may use cloud hosting, databases, payment,
AI models, search, contact-data, email, or security providers. We only
share information as needed to provide, maintain, bill, secure, and
comply with the service.
Retention and Deletion
We retain information as long as needed to provide the service, meet
legal obligations, handle billing, security audits, and disputes. You
may request access, correction, or deletion of personal-edition account
and people-list data through support. Some billing, safety, or
compliance records may need to be retained longer.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal-edition data, including
account isolation, access controls, and audit logs. No internet
service can be completely secure. Please protect your account and do
not upload information you are not allowed to use or do not want
processed.
Children
The personal edition of PlugNow Agent is not intended for children. If
you believe child information was collected by mistake, contact the
PlugNow team.
Changes
We may update this policy as our product, laws, or service providers
change. Material changes will be communicated through the product or
another reasonable channel.
